God made two great lights -- the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. ~Genesis 1:16

When Jed and I came up with this grand themed-CD-making idea, I started to think about what I thought about Light/Dark and listening to songs with that theme. The moment I heard the Dido song, "Mary's in India," I was drawn to the lyric "as the sun rises, it's setting on him." As I am one who is drawn to order and repetition, I thought, what better than the routine of the day? The mix starts with the sun rising, continues with the various activities of the day and ends with night, not worrying about tomorrow, as it will come on its own.
